Order Processing
All orders undergo a standard verification and preparation process before shipment. We typically process and dispatch orders within 1 to 4 business days. Orders placed during weekends, national holidays or promotional peak periods will be processed in sequential order on the next available business day. We do not offer rush processing or manual priority shipping for regular orders.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We provide global standard shipping service for all available countries. The delivery time varies by destination:
- United States & Canada: 10–18 business days
- European Countries: 12–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 14–22 business days
- Other global regions: 18–30 business days
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location at checkout. We offer free standard shipping for eligible orders over the threshold displayed on our checkout page.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking system to update full logistics details. We recommend monitoring your tracking status regularly until successful delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international cross-border shipments may be subject to local customs inspection, import duties, sales taxes or clearance fees. These additional charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover, reimburse or take responsibility for any customs-related fees, delays or holds.
Delivery Exclusions & Limitations
We reserve the right to suspend or refuse shipping to remote areas, high-risk regions, PO boxes, military addresses, and territories with strict import restrictions. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to bad weather, public holidays, customs clearance procedures or unexpected logistics issues, which are beyond our control.
Lost & Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package immediately upon receiving it. If your item arrives damaged, defective or missing, please contact our support team with your order number and package photos within 7 calendar days after delivery. We will assist with verification and follow-up solutions. No claims will be accepted after the expiration of the valid application period.
Address Modification Rule
Please double-check your shipping address before completing payment. Address changes are only available before the order is shipped. Once the package is in transit, no address modifications, cancellations or reroutes can be guaranteed.
